Closed Rhinoplasty:

Closed rhinoplasty is a nose-reshaping technique in which all the incisions are made inside the nostrils. This approach is perfect when little alterations are required. It leaves no scars and does not require a long recovery time but this approach does not provide effective results on extensive deformities. During the procedure, the surgeon carefully works in the nostrils to modify the bone and cartilage. It also improves the breathing of the individual by correcting the septum. Preparation:
